Bloody nose for 2 days

So I'm at work but I have to post a quick update. Still no af not even when I wipe. However I have a bloody nose I had one yesterday morning as well lasted little over an hour or so. Now the same thing today. I never get bloody nose. Any ideas what is going with my body I am so confused.
