Implantation Pain? 5DPO

Today while I was sitting at my desk at work, I suddenly got a sharp pain on my lower back, the left side. It lasted about 2 hours on and off.  Not sure if it's implantation pain or if that is such a thing.  But I hope that the pain is a good thing.
