Temp dip today. Yesterday it was 97.5, and this morning it was 97.1. I did have some EWCM this afternoon. I thought that the EWCM normally came before the big temp dip? Is that the normal pattern? Maybe my temp will still stay low for 3 more days. 3 more days until HD is home! :)
It really depends on the person. My only true "dip" occurs about two days before I actually ovulate. Some of my cycles actually look more like a saw tooth pattern. You can have EWCM before, day of and after ovulation. Alternatively, you may not get any at all and instead present with watery CM. I found the longer I was off the BCP, the less EWCM I'd get, instead dominated by loads of watery CM. This is why I rely move heavily on OPKs and cervical checks as both temp and CM don't paint a brilliant picture.
