Sharp Pains

So I am pretty sure that I am ovulating now lol.  I have been having the sharpest pains in my pelvic area for about 5 minutes.  I thin I recall having this same feeling last month when FF said I ovulated as well.  This pain sucks, I am in pain just sitting here on the couch as I type this.  I want to go have a very hot bath, but I have been reading that a very hot bath (that I usually have) is not all that great for my body.  Maybe I will go try a tea.
